Overview

From various perspectives and in the style of a video diary, this documentary captures the atmosphere of a Lima that is largely nocturnal and anonymous, yet simultaneously recognizable—images that blend with the melting of the Huascarán glacier and the gaze of the person documenting their city and the profound failings of the various powers that govern it.
