Overview

Shahram is an Iranian doctor who successfully pulls off a heart transplant on Mary. The two of them catch feelings, until a crook named Jerry Smith convinces Ehtesham, Mary's Iranian dad, to marry her off to him. Jerry, who's got his eyes on Ehtesham and his daughter's cash, sends Barbara, his cabaret singer, after Ehtesham to poison him. Fereshteh, Shahram’s sister, catches wind of the plot and tips off her brother. Jerry tells his goons to take out Shahram and Fereshteh. They manage to shake Jerry's guys, until Shahin, an Iranian working in Hollywood, comes to their rescue and, with some help from the cops, corners Jerry and his crew.
