The General

Overview

A poignant cinematic story about Vice Admiral Dragoljub Bocinov. During the onset of the conflict in Croatia in the early 1990s, he saved the "Lora" naval base near Split—risking demotion and imprisonment—and refused to hand it over to the JNA.
