Overview

Kiván, a philosophical New Yorker who doesn't speak Spanish, arrives in Puerto Rico to reconnect with his roots. He soon meets Nannette, a talented local artist who draws him into the culture. A summer romance turns into something much deeper as he's forced to confront love, identity, and belonging in a place that both welcomes and resists him.
