**Gerardo Guerra Velasco** (born March 25, 1974, in La Paz) is a prominent Bolivian film producer, production manager, and distributor. He studied Audiovisual Communication in Chile, specializing in Film Production in Spain, and Educational Television in Japan and the Netherlands.
