Ideya Garanina
Biography
Ideya Garanina was a Russian director and writer known for her contributions to animation. She directed and wrote several notable works, including The Cat Who Walked by Herself (1988), 100 Gramm dlya Khrabrosti (1977), and Crane's Feathers (1977). Her films often explored folklore and literary adaptations, showcasing her storytelling prowess. Garanina's career was tragically cut short when she was murdered in Tver, Russia, in 2010.
