Biography

Katy Scoggin is an award-winning documentary film director, cameraperson, and producer. Her feature directorial debut, Flood, has screened at film festivals worldwide and premiered on PBS Independent Lens on July 13, 2026. In 2025, the film won a Special Mention in International Competition at IDFA.
