Luis Enrique Rodriguez Ramos was born in Barrio La Aldea, in the municipality of Bayamón, Puerto Rico. He has been a director for 15 out of his 24 -year-old career in advertising and film. In 1992 he was accepted into the School of Communications at the University of Puerto Rico.
