Rich Keeble is a British actor and voiceover artist. He is known for appearances in TV series including Brian Hetherington in Rivals, Mr Arnold in Good Omens, two series of The Emily Atack Show as well as appearances in Ghosts, The Change, and Meet the Richardsons.
