Vicente Juarbe

Biography

Vicente was born in the mountains of Utuado, Puerto Rico in 1951 and soon after, his family moved to New York City, where he grew up. Studied film directing in the New York School of Visual Arts in the 1970's, and later moved to Philadelphia to work for ABC television. After (5) years of producing public affairs programing for the Hispanic community, he returns to Puerto Rico in 1983.
