Walter Schmidtkunz was born on 26 March 1887 in Kiel, Germany. He was a writer and assistant director, known for The Rebel (1933), The Son of the White Mountain (1930) and Les chevaliers de la montagne (1930). He died on 9 November 1961 in Schliersee, Bavaria, Germany.
