Dinosauria

The sixth short film in David James Armsby's "Dinosauria Animated Series".

This is the seventh short film in David James Armsby's "Dinosauria Animated Series", and the second film of Dinosauria Volume 2.

This is the eighth short film in David James Armsby's "Dinosauria Animated Series", but the third film of Dinosauria Volume 2.

"Great Maia" is an extra-special sixth film of Dinosauria Volume 2, and the eleventh of my "Dinosauria Animated Series" overall (episodes are airing out-of-order). The film is set in the Two Medicine Formation during the Late Cretaceous and follows a young first-time mother Maiasaura as she tries to protect her first clutch of eggs. "Great Maia" has not only been my biggest and most ambitious film to date, but also my most emotional and intimate one too. It was 5 years in the making and was easily the most passionate I've ever been about a project in my entire life. It was an unfathomable amount of work to create this film, but I genuinely think this is the best piece of art I've ever created. I'm incredibly proud of it and I hope you all like it too! :D
